Ordering Process for Wedding Stationery
Firstly welcome! Once you've had a chance to have a browse of our collections or if you've thinking of going bespoke read on for our handy guide of how we work to get you on the right track for the big day!
Getting started
If you have chosen a collection and would like to get an idea of the overal cost of the items you are interested in please feel free to use our basic quote form on this page and we will be able to get back to you with a guide figure for your items. There may be extras and some items that are not listed on here that we can discuss with you to get to your perfect choice of stationery. Please note all of our wedding invitations and most printed items have a minimum order of 25 items.
Little big details
You will find on this page our font list for inner wording in your invitations as well as some suggested formal greetings, although it's always nice to write your own!
Wording for Save the Date, Information Sheet, Order of Service can be altered to suit your style and layout.
We request all the details for the big day to be supplied by you in Word format, so you must ensure that everything is correct before we commit to printing. More details of what we require are listed on our formal order form and we are always happy to discuss anything that you may need help with.
Going Bespoke
We also offer a fully bespoke design service. From your initial ideas and discussions with us we will develop your perfect set of stationery, tailored to your big day. We will create your own laser cut card and matching print stationery up to an including a full range of pre and on the day items. The cost of this service starts at £175 and will require a minimum of 10 weeks lead time and is subject to availability.
Placing an order
Ideally you need to first get in touch with us 10-12 weeks before you need the stationery. Our normal lead time from confirmation of order is 4-6 weeks so please allow plenty of time.
Once you are ready to order we will send you a formal order form to be filled in with all the details we need to make your wedding stationery. Please read our terms and conditions that are available on the website and will also be sent out with the order form. (Our order form is in an editable PDF format so you can fill in the digital version or print and return by post).
We will then send you an invoice with the total amount. At this point we require a payment of 50% of the total before we start work. Now's also the time to send us your wording for the items you have requested.
Once we have finished all the design work we will send you a PDF of each item with your personalised details for you to check and approve, Please take time to make sure all of the details are correct. We will make two rounds of revisions free of charge after which changes will be charged at £5 per change. Once we have your final approval and have sent to print and laser cut we would have to charge reprinting costs at full price for any errors.
At this point before making all your lovely stationery we will require the balance of payment on your invoice.
For all orders over £125 we will deliver to you free of charge using a signed for service, for orders below this we will advise at ordering stage, so make sure we have the best address to send your little box of wonders to!
